Mr. John J. Huntz, Jr has been the Chairman of the company since 2003. He also serves as the Managing Director of Huntz & Co., LLC, since 2013. Previously, he held various positions at Arcapita, Inc including; Executive Director of Venture Capital Investments from 2005 to 2013, and President from 2009 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of CardioMEMS, Inc, from 2006 to 2010. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Fuqua Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Huntz also held various senior management positions at several private investment firms.

Mr. Eddie Capel has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2013. Previously, he held various positions within the company including; President and Chief Operating Officer in July 2012, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2011, Executive Vice President of Global Operations from January 2009 to January 2011, Executive Vice President of Global Product Management and Customer Services from January 2008 to January 2009, Executive Vice President Global Product Management and Customer Services from January 2005 to January 2007, and Senior Vice President Product Management from from January 2004 to January 2005. Prior to this, held various positions at Real Time Solutions, including chief operations officer and vice president, operations. Earlier, he also served as Director, of Operations at Unarco Automation.

Mr. Dennis B. Story has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the company from 2006 to 2011. Previously, Mr. Dennis B. Story served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Certegy Inc from 2004 to 2006. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of NewRoads Inc. from 2003 to 2004. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Equifax Inc., from 2000 to 2003.

Ms. Linda C. Pinne has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Global Corporate Controller and Senior Vice President of the company since 2016. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company from 2007 to 2016. Prior to this, Ms. Pinne served as the Vice president of Finance for InterCept Payment Solutions at InterCept, Inc from 2002 to 2005.

Mr. Sanjeev Siotia has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as entrepreneur-in-residence for Charles River Ventures (CRV) and held various executive positions at IBM, Streling Commerce and Yantra Corporations.
