Mr. Eddie Capel has been the Chairman of the company since January 2026. Previously, he served as Executive Vice-Chairman of the company from February 2025 to May 2025. He also served as a President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from January 2013 to February 2025. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company in 2012. Prior to that, he served as the President, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2011. Previously, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Operations from January 2009 to January 2011. He served as Executive Vice President—Global Product Management and Customer Services of the company from January 2008 to January 2009. Mr. Capel served as Senior Vice President—Global Product Management and Global Customer Services from January 2005 to January 2007, and as Senior Vice President Product Management of the company from January 2004 to January 2005. Prior to January 2004, he held various other positions with the company. He held various positions at Real Time Solutions, including Chief Operations Officer and Vice President, operations. He also served as director, operations, with Unarco Automation. Prior to joining Unarco, Mr. Capel worked as a project manager and system designer for ABB Robotics in the United Kingdom. Mr. Capel served as a Director of Champion Homes, Inc from 2019 through November 2025.

Mr. Eric Clark has been the Director, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA North America in 2024. He also served as the Chief Digital and Strategy Officer of NTT DATA Services from 2016 to 2018. Earlier, he held various leadership roles at ServiceNow from 2012 to 2016. Earlier, he served at Dell, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Ernst & Young, and Bank of America.

Ms. Linda Pinne has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer of the company since March 2026. Previously, she served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller since January 2007 and Controller-Americas since July 2005. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Pinne served as Vice President of Finance for InterCept Payment Solutions of InterCept, Inc. from 2002 to 2005. Earlier, she was an audit manager with Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Greg Betz has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at NTT Data Services, including Chief Automation Officer, Senior Vice President of Data Intelligence & Automation, and Senior Vice President of Product Portfolio. He also served in several leadership positions at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard.

Mr. Sanjeev Siotia has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as entrepreneur-in-residence for Charles River Ventures (CRV) and held various executive positions at IBM, Streling Commerce and Yantra Corporations.
