Mr. Donato Almeda has been the Director and the Chief Regulatory Officer of the company. Additionally, he also serves as a Director at Bloomberry Resorts Corporation and Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc., Bloomberry Cruise Terminals Inc., MORE Electric & Power Corporation. Mr. Almeda also serves as the President of Bloomberry Cultural Foundation Inc. and as Vice-Chairman for the Construction and Regulatory Affairs at Bloomberry Resorts Corporation, Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc., and Sureste Properties, Inc.

Mr. Roberto R. Locsin is the Chief Administrative Officer of International Business and Chief Administrative Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Philippine Growth Terminals for ICTSI; and Vice President for the Strategic Services group at a global Bio-Technology and Pharmaceutical marketing consultancy. Concurrently, Mr. Locsin also serves as the Chairman of Aqua Centro MWPV Corp., Boracay Island Water Company, Inc., Bulacan MWPV Development Corp., Bulakan Water Company, Inc., Calasiao Water Company, Inc., Calbayog Water Company, Inc., Clark Water Corporation, Davao del Norte Water Infrastructure Company, Inc., Filipinas Water Holdings Corp., Leyte Water Company, Inc., Manila Water Philippine Ventures, Inc., MWPV South Luzon Water Corp., Manila Water Total Solutions Corp., and Tagum Water Company, Inc. He also serves as the Vice-Chairman of Laguna AAAWater Corporation; Vice-Chairman of Trustee of Manila Water Foundation, Inc.; and Director of Kenh Dong Water Holdings Pte. Ltd., Manila South East Asia Water Holdings Pte. Ltd., Manila Water Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., Manila Water South Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd., and Thu Duc Water Holdings Pte. Ltd.

Ms. Amabelle C. Asuncion is the Chief Compliance Officer, Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the commissioner of the Philippine Competition Commission. Ms.Asuncion also served as the Executive Director for the Senate Oversight Committee and held various leadership roles in various organizations.

Mr. Enrique K. Razon Jr. has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as a Chairman for Bloomberry Resorts Corporation. Mr. Razon is a board member of various ICTSI subsidiaries and other companies in the Philippines and abroad. He also leads the ICTSI Foundation, which manages the company's social responsibility initiatives. Additionally, he chairs Pilipinas Golf Tournaments, which organizes the biggest professional golf circuit in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Jose Victor Emmanuel A. de Dios is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. He currently serves as the member of the Board of Directors of Oriental Petroleum and Minerals Co.; member of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Petroleum Phils., Inc.; member of the Board of Directors of Bukas Finance Corp; Director of the International School Manila; Chairman of the Board of the Nido Petroleum Foundation; and Chairman of the Economy Committee of the Makati Business Club. Mr. Dios also served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of GE Philippines, Inc; Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer of GE Oil & Gas Philippines, Inc; Chairman of the Board and President of GE Power and GE Lighting Philippines Inc.; Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nido Petroleum Ltd.; President of Nido Petroleum Philippines, Pty Ltd.; Director of the American Chamber of Commerce; Managing Director of Merritt Advisory Partners, Inc.; Chairman of the Board of the Philippine National Oil Company-Exploration Corp.; and Undersecretary of the Department of Energy.
