Ms. Maryann T. Mannen has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2024, President of Marathon Petroleum since January 2024, and Chairman of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer of Biotechnology for Danaher. Prior to this, he was the Vice President, Finance and IT for GE Healthcare Life Sciences. Prior to that, he worked at Pall Life Sciences and Cargill, Inc.

Mr. David R. Heppner has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development of the company since 2024. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President Strategy and Business Development from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Commercial and Business Development from 2018 to 2021. Mr Heppner also served as the Vice President of transition at Speedway in 2014 and Director of wholesale marketing at MPC in 2010.

Ms. Molly R. Benson has been the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2024. Previously, she was the Vice President, Chief Securities, Governance & Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at the company from 2018 to 2024. Prior to this, she was also the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at the company from 2016 to 2018. Ms. Benson served as Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and Finance at the company from 2012 to 2016. She was also the Group Counsel of Corporate and Finance from, 2011 to 2012.

Mr. Brian K. Partee has been the Chief Business Transformation Officer of the company since 2025.Previously, he was the Chief Global Optimization Officer from 2024 to 2025. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing from 2018 to 2021. He was also the Vice President of Business Development at the company. Mr. Partee was also the Director of Business Development from 2017 to 2018 and manager of crude oil logistics and analysis from 2014 to 2017.
