Mr. Richard M. McVey has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2000 to 2023. He is also the Founder of the company. Previously, he was the Head of North American fixed income sales and investor client relations at JP Morgan. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director and Head of North American futures and options business of JP Morgan from 1992 to 1996. He also worked with Blue Mountain Credit Alternatives L.P. and Miami (Ohio) University Foundation.

Mr. Christopher R. Concannon has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2023 and Director of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer, President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Cboe Global Markets Inc. Previously, he worked at Bats Global Markets as the Chief Executive Officer. He holds over 20 years of experience at Nasdaq, Virtu Financial, Instinet, as well as the Securities and Exchange Commission and Morgan Lewis and Bockius.

Mr. Naineshkumar Shantilal Panchal has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since March 2022. He served as Managing Director, Technology of Goldman Sachs Asset Management from 2014 to 2021. He served as Global Co-Head of Technology, Asset Management Division from 2020 to 2021, Global Head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management Portfolio Management and Trading Technology from 2019 to 2020, Global Co-Head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management Portfolio Management and Trading Technology from 2018 to 2019 and Global Head of Fixed Income and Sales Technology, Asset Management Division from 2014 to 2018.

Mr. Kevin M. McPherson has been the Chief Revenue Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Sales between June 2014 and July 2023. He also served as the US Sales Manager of the company from January 2008 to June 2014. Previously, he worked with Scudder Stevens & Clark and Street Bank & Trust.

Ms. Julie Sheffet has been the Chief Human Resources of the company since January 2021. Previously, she worked at TD Ameritrade as the Managing Director of Total Rewards and HR Shared Services. She also worked with Johnson Associates.
