Mr. Archie Norman has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Lazard UK, ITV and Hobbycraft. Prior to this, he also served as the Lead Non-Executive Director for Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Mr. Norman serves as an Adviser for Lazard & Co, Coles Group and Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Global Counsel. He also serves as the Chairman at Signal AI and Senior Independent Direct at Bridgepoint Group plc.

Mr. Machin has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Food Divisions of the company since 2021. Previously, he held many senior operational and commercial roles in companies such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco and ASDA.

Ms. Katie Bickerstaffe has been the Chief Digital and Technology Officer since August 2023. He also serves as the Co Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2022. Previously, she served as Chief Strategy and Transformation Director of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Executive Chairman of SSE Energy Services and the Chief Executive of UK and Ireland at Dixons Carphone plc. Earlier, Ms. Bickerstaffe worked with several food retail and consumer companies, including, PepsiCo, Kwik Save, Unilever, Somerfield and Dyson. She also serves as a Director of the England and Wales Cricket Board.

Mr. Jeremy Townsend has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of Rentokil Initial. Previously, he served various roles at Sainsbury and served as Director of Morrison's PLC. Currently, he serves as Director and Chair of Audit and Risk Assurance Committee at NHS England.
