Chairman Non Executive BoardMr. Mohamed Benchaaboun has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Head of the Mohammed VI Investment Fund in 2022, Ambassador of Morocco to France in 2021, and Minister of the Economy and Finance in 2018. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BCP Group from 2008 to 2018, after which he headed the Agence Nationale de Reglementation des Telecommunications in 2003. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Banque Centrale Populaire and served as the Director of the Customs and Indirect Tax Administration in 1996. Mr. Benchaaboun began his professional career at Alcatel Alsthom Maroc.
