Mr. Masumi Kakinoki has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he also worked as the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2019 to 2025. He was also the Member of the Board, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Power Business & Plant Group at the company from 2018 to 2019. Preceeding this, he was also the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of Power Business & Plant Group at the company. Mr. Kakinoki also served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Power Business & Plant Group of the company from 2017 to 2018. Before this, he also worked as the Managing Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Power Projects & Plant Group at the company from 2016 to 2017. He also held the position of Managing Executive Officer and Regional CEO for North & Central America at the company. Mr. Kakinoki was also the Representative Director, Member of the Board, Managing Executive Officer,and Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Planning & Strategy Department, Global Strategy & Coordination Department. He was also the Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Power Projects & Infrastructure Division at the comapny from 2010 to 2013. He was also the Senior Operating Officer of Power Projects & Infrastructure Division and Senior Corporate Officer of Abu Dhabi Trade House Project Department.

Mr. Masayuki Omoto has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was also the Managing Executive Officer, Chief Digital and Information Officer, Chief Operating Officer of Next Generation Business Development Division at the company from 2024 to 2025. He was also the Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Next Generation Business Development Division at the company since 2022 to 2024. He was also the Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Next Generation Business Development Division at the company from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Omoto was also the Chief Operating Officer of Next Generation Business Development Division of the company from 2019 to 2020. Preceeding this, he was also the Deputy General Manager of Corporate Planning and Strategy Department, General Manager, Corporate Strategy and Planning Section of the company from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Omoto was also the Chief Operating Officer of SmartestEnergy Ltd at the company from 2014 to 2016.

Mr. Chijo Tajima has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he worked as the Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He was also the Executive Officer, General Manager and Executive Secretariat at the company from 2025 to 2026. Mr. Tajima was also the Executive Officer and General Manager of Financial Department at the company from 2021 to 2025. He was the General Manager of Financial Department at the company from 2020 to 2021.

Mr. Kenichiro Oikawa has been the Director, Chief Digital and Information Officer, Member of Corporate Management Committee, Supervisor of IT Solutions Division, Next Generation Business Development Division and Next Generation Corporate Development Division of the company since June 2025. Prior to this, he was also the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer, Member of Corporate Management Committee, Supervisor of IT Solutions Division, Next Generation Business Development Division and Next Generation Corporate Development Division of the company from April 2025 to June 2025. He was also the Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Products Group at the company from 2024 to 2025.
