Mr. Ravindra Chandra Bhargava has been the Chairman of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and a Director of Marketing of the company. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of RCB Consulting Private Ltd. In addition, he served as a Director of Commercial operations of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited and a Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat for government of India. Currently, he also serves as a a Director of various firms such as Polaris Software Lab Limited, Ultra Tech Cement Company Limited, IL&FS Limited, Optimus Global Services Limited, Taj Asia Limited, Dabur India Limited and Thomson Press Limited, among others.

Mr. Hisashi Takeuchi has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since May 2022. Previously. He served as the Managing Officer and Deputy Executive General Manager of Global Automobile Marketing. Prior to this, he served as the Division General Manager of SMC Global Business Administration and Planning Division from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Takeuchi also served as the Managing Director of Magyar Suzuki Corporation.

Mr. Arnab Roy has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Zone Chief Financial Officer for the Greater India region at Schneider.
