Mr. Richard R. Rogers has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1987 to 2001. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from 1968 to 1987, Vice President from 1965 to 1968, and General Manager from 1963 to 1965. He also served in the US Marine Corps.

Mr. Ryan Rogers has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of the company. He served as Project Manager in 2001 and Director of Strategic Initiatives in 2005 at the company. Mr. Rogers served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Mary Kay in 2007. Prior to joining the company, he was an Associate in the Transaction Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Rogers served as Vice President at The Mary Kay Foundation since 2001. He joined Mary Kay in 2000 as a Financial Analyst.

Ms. Deborah Gibbins has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2018. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, she held various roles at PepsiCo's Frito Lay North America division, including Senior Vice President of Revenue Management and Senior Vice President and Controller.

Ms. Melinda Foster Sellers is the Chief People Officer at Mary Kay. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Sellers worked for Mark IV Industries and DSC Communications. Earlier, she held various positions within the company’s HR department. She has also been a member of Mary Kay's Culture Committee since 1998. Ms. Sellers joined the company in 1993 and its executive team in 2006.

Mr. Chaun Harper has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Director of Production Operations of the company from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this, he held with several positions within both the operations and quality functions at L’Oreal SA.
