Matrix IT Ltd: Executives

Mr. Guy Bernstein has been the Chairman of the company since 2007. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Magic Software Industries Ltd and Formula Systems Ltd. Prior to this, he also served on the board of directors of various organizations including Microfilter Computers Ltd, and TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd. Earlier, he also served as the Chairman of Microfilter Computers (1983) Ltd.

Mr. Eliezer Oren has been the Vice Chairman of the company since Febuary 2004. Previously, she served as President of the company.

Mr. Nevo Brenner has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Energix Renewable Energies Ltd from 2019 to 2022, Vice President of Finance and Chief Accountant of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd from 2013 to 2019, and Chief Accountant at Israel Telecommunication Corp Ltd from 2011 to 2013. Previously, he served as the Deputy Head of Accounting at the Department of Corporation Finance, Israel Securities Authority.

Ms. Ranit Zexer has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2001. Previously, she held various professional and managerial positions including Manager of the Solution Architects Group and Manager of the IGT field at Bashan Systems. Ms. Zexer also served in the Mamram unit of the IDF.

Ms. Sigal Nissim has been the Chief of Staff of the company since 2001. Prior to this, she served as Executive Assistant to the company’s Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2019. Previously, she held various senior management roles position at Liraz Systems.
