Matrix IT Ltd: Executives

Mr. Guy Bernstein has been the Chairman of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of various companies including Magic Software Industries Ltd, Emblaze Ltd, and Formula Systems Ltd. He also served as the Chairman at Sapiens International Corporation. Mr. Bernstein also served on the board of directors of various organizations including Microfilter Computers Ltd, TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd and inSync Staffing.

Mr. Eliezer Oren has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Applicom for 20 years. Earlier he served as the Senior Project at ATL.

Mr. Moti Gutman has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2001. Prior to this, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer from 1994 to 2000 and held 14 years’ experience in various software positions at Liraz Systems. Prior to Liraz Systems, he served for seven years at Mamram unit of the IDF.

Mr. Nevo Brenner has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Energix Renewable Energies Ltd from 2019 to 2022, Vice President of Finance and Chief Accountant of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd from 2013 to 2019, and Chief Accountant at Israel Telecommunication Corp Ltd from 2011 to 2013. Previously, he served as the Deputy Head of Accounting at the Department of Corporation Finance, Israel Securities Authority.

Ms. Ranit Zexer has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2001. Previously, she held various professional and managerial positions including Manager of the Solution Architects Group and Manager of the IGT field at Bashan Systems. Ms. Zexer also served in the Mamram unit of the IDF.
