Mr. Howell M. Estes III has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, he was a Director of Maxar Technologies from October 2017. He also served as the Chairman of DigitalGlobe from 2011, and director from 2007. Prior to this, he served as the President of Howell Estes & Associates Inc since 1998. Earlier he served as a Director in Analytical Graphics Inc from 1965 to 1998.

Mr. Dan Smoot has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Riverbed Technology. He has over 30 years of management experience at software and IT companies, including senior executive positions at Salesforce, Cisco, and VMWare.

Mr. Mike Mohn has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Pivotal Commware. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Services Finance at Cisco, Vice President of Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems’ Information and Services business, and Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell Aerospace’s Military Aircraft division.

Ms. Carolyn K. Pittman has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance and Controller for Huntington Ingalls Newport News Shipbuilding from 2011 to 2018; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Shared Services and Information Technology from 2008 to 2011; and Vice President, Sector Controller, Vice President, Internal Audit, and Chief Audit Executive of Northrop Grumman.

Mr. Walter S. Scott has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Director of The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC). Previously, he served as the President of Scott Consulting. He also served in various technical, program and department management positions at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
