Mr. Goh Seow Eng has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to that, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Info Service Plc. He also served as Managing Director of Home business and the customer life-cycle management and marketing communication for Singtel's consumer business in Singapore. Earlier, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Consumer Group, at Astro Malaysia. Prior to that, he headed various corporate and consumer banking units at Citibank in London, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei and Tokyo and led credit card marketing for Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco.

Ms. Jennifer Wong has been the Chief Financial Officer since October 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Business Planning and Financial Management, Chief Financial Officer at Celcom Axiata Berhad (Celcom). Earlier, Ms. Jennifer served at Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and PwC.

Ms. Ng May Ching has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director at Accenture Malaysia.

Mr. Prateek Pashine has been the Chief Enterprise Business Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served in areas of hospitality, software, real estate and telecom equipment and services at Tata Group. Previously, he served at Reliance Jio's Enterprise Business. Earlier,he has close to 30 years of experience in fields of Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Project Financing, Technology Planning, and Business Planning & Strategy.

Mr. Loh Keh Jiat has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served in various senior positions within the Sales and Marketing Division with Digi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. (Digi). Previously, Mr. Jiat served at PT Mobile-8 Tbk Indonesia and PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia.
