Mr. Steven J. Gilbert has been the Chairman of the company since May 2023 and has served as a Director of the Company since May 2011. He also currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Gilbert Global Equity Partners, L.P., Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of MidOcean Capital Partners, L.P., a Director of Oaktree Capital Management, and a Director for SDCL EDGE Acquisition Corporation. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Board of CPM, Inc., and worked as the Chairman and Senior Managing Director of SUN Group (USA), from 2007 to 2009. Previously, he served as the Managing General Partner of Soros Capital, L. P., Commonwealth Capital Partners, L.P., and Chemical Venture Partners. Earlier, he also held investment banking positions with Morgan Stanley & Co., Wertheim & Co., Inc. and E.F. Hutton International.

Mr. William C. Fallon has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director at MBIA since 2017. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of National Public Finance Guarantee Corporation. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the company and Head of the Global Structured Finance Division. He joined MBIA in 2005 as the Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining MBIA, Mr. Fallon was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and co-leader at firm’s Corporate finance and Strategy Practice.

Mr. Joseph R. Schachinger is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2024. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of MBIA Insurance Corp. Prior to this, he served as the Controller of the company since May 2017. Previously, he worked as the Deputy Controller. He joined MBIA as a Vice President in the Controller's Group in 2000. Prior to joining MBIA, he served as the Controller, Chief Trading Risk Officer, and Financial and Operations Principal at DNB US, New York.

Mr. Christopher H. Young serves as the Assistant Vice President of the company since February 2018. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of National Public Finance Guarantee Corporation, a subsidiary of the company since March 2009. Previously, he served in various positions at the company's subsidiary MBIA Insurance Corporation from 2001 to 2009.

Mr. Daniel M. Avitabile has been the Assistant Vice President of the company since February 2018. He also serves as President and Chief Risk Officer of the company's subsidiary MBIA Corp. Previously, he served in various positions in corporate strategy, insured portfolio management, remediation, and structured finance new business divisions at the company. Earlier, he served at State Street Bank and The Chase Manhattan Bank.
