Mr. Mian Mohammad Mansha has been the Chairman of the bank since 1997. He also serves as the Chairman of Human Resource & Remuneration Committee and All Pakistan Textile Mills Association; and Director at MCB-Arif Habib Savings and Investments Ltd and MCB Leasing CJSC Azerbaijan. Prior to this, Mr. Mansha was associated with the Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT), Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (Pvt.) Limited (PIDC), Punjab Mineral Company (Pvt.) Limited, Civil Aviation Authority, Board of Investment, and Int’l Advisory Board. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Nishat Mills Ltd.

Mr. Shoaib Mumtaz is the President and Chief Executive officer of the bank. Prior to this, he worked as Head of Domestic Corporate Banking and its International operations at MCB Bank. Mr. Shoaib is also Chairman of Board of Trustees at MCB Employees Foundation.

Mr. Hammad Khalid is the Chief Financial Officer of the bank. Prior to this, Mr. Khalid worked at M/s A.F. Ferguson & Company, Chartered Accountants. He had over 11 years of experience with MCB Bank with Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Strategy, Taxation, and Investor Relations.

Mr. Faisal Anwar is the Chief Information Officer of the bank. He held Information Technology roles with renowned Local and Multinational companies. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer at UBL Bank.

Mr. Shahzad Ishaq is the Group Head of Digital Banking and Chief Digital Officer of the bank. Prior to this, he worked at Citi Bank in Pakistan and Europe. Mr. Shahzad has also worked with a leading Pakistani Bank as Head of Consumer Finance.
