Black Fox Mine: Consists of 30 mining right PIN’s and 50 unpatented claims totaling 10 sq miles of mining land, and 6 sq miles of surface land. Facilities include warehouse, compressed air plant, backfill plant, and water management.

The company classifies its operations into five reportable segments: Mexico, Canada, USA, Minera Santa Cruz SA (MSC) and Los Azules. It includes El Gallo Complex and the advanced-stage Fenix Project. El Gallo Project is an open-pit gold mine and heap leach operation in north-western Mexico. Fenix project contemplates a two-phase development process and located adjacent to the El Gallo Project and is similarly accessible. El Gallo Complex: Infrastructure includes electricity, roads, water supply, and high-speed internet access. Facilities include truck shop, warehouse, fuel depot, logging, heap leach pads, three-stage crushing plant, an ADR process plant with a sulfidation acidification recovery.
