Mr. Bradley M. Shuster has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice-Chairman of the company from 2020 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Shuster served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of National MI. He also served as the Chairman at NMI Holdings, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer at PMI Capital Corporation. Mr.?Shuster was also a partner at Deloitte LLP.

Mr. Philip B. Hawkins has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since April 2026. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Division Manager from January 2022 to January 2025. Previously, Mr. Hawkins served as the Vice President and Division Manager of TRS-RenTelco from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Joseph F. Hanna has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2007 to 2017 and Senior Vice President of Operations from 2005 to 2007. He also served as the Vice President of Operations at the company in 2003. Mr. Hanna also served at SMC Corporation of America.

Mr. David M. Whitney has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of the Company in January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer in 2006. Previously, Mr. Whitney served as the Manager of Regional Accounting for The Permanente Medical Group in Oakland, California.

Ms. Kristina Van Trease has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development from 2022 to 2023. Previously, Ms. Van Trease served as the Vice President and Division Manager of Adler Tank Rentals from 2016 to 2022.
