Mr. Mark S. Ordan has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer. Before this, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Quality Care Properties, Inc. Mr. Ordan also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Washington Prime Group Inc.

Mr. James D. Swift has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Development Officer from 2013 to 2022. Previous to this, he was the Regional President, South Central Region for the Company’s Pediatrix Division. Mr. Swift also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Children's HealthCare Network, a multi-state pediatric specialty practice, which Mednax acquired.

Mr. C. Marc Richards has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Quality Care Properties. Prior to this, Mr. Richards served as the Chief Financial Officer and as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Washington Prime Group Inc. Earlier, he served in executive and finance roles at Sunrise Senior Living, JER Investors Trust, JE Robert Companies, Republic Property Trust, and The Mills Corp.

Mr. Curtis B. Pickert, M.D has been Chief Operating Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President of Clinical Services Division of this company from from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as President of the Clinical Services Division, Vice President, South Central Region and Chief Medical Officer of the Western Division, for the Company’s Pediatrix Division.

Mr. John C. Pepia has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was the Vice President, of Accounting and Finance since May 2016. Mr. Pepia also served as the Vice President of Accounting & Finance positions at ANC Rental Corporation and its predecessor companies.
