Mr. Geoffrey S. Martha has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Medtronic since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the company's Executive Vice President and President of its Restorative Therapies Group (RTG) from 2015 till March 2020. Mr. Martha also served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Medtronic. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Managing Director of Business Development at GE Healthcare. He also serves on the Boards of two Minneapolis-based nonprofit organizations: Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ) and Children’s HeartLink.

Mr. Torod Neptune has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Worldwide Group Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at Lenovo Group Ltd. Mr. Neptune has held various leadership communication positions at Bank of America and Abbott, Philips Healthcare, GSK, Shire/Takeda and Verizon.

Ms. Karen L. Parkhill has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Vice Chairman and the Chief Financial Officer at Comerica Incorporated from 2011 to 2016. Ms. Parkhill was a member of Comerica’s Management Executive Committee and the Comerica Bank Board of Directors. Prior to joining Comerica, she worked for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in various senior management positions between 1992 and 2011, including the Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Banking business from 2007 to 2011. Ms. Parkhill is also a current member of the Board of Directors for the Methodist Health System in Dallas.

Mr. Jennifer Kirk has been the Principal Accounting Officer, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Integration and Value Capture for Occidental Petroleum Corp.

Mr. Matt Walter has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President and Human Resources, Global Operations and Supply Chain and various other Human Resources leadership roles at Medtronic. Previously he served at Best Buy and at Bank of America.
