Mr. Katsunari Matsuda has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since June 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Food Segment at the company from 2020 to 2025. Prior to this, he also served as the Executive Officer of the company. He also served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer of Meiji from June 2017 to June 2018. Mr. Matsuda served as the Manaing Executive Officer of Meiji from June 2015 to June 2017 and Executive Officer of Meiji from June 2012 to June 2015. Earlier, he worked at Meiji Diaries.

Mr. Jun Hishinuma has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Managing Executive Officer and a Director of the company since June 2025. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer and General Manager of the Corporate Development Division at the company. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of the Corporate Development Department at the company from April 2017 to March 2020. He also held the position of General Manager of the Operating Innovation Department at Meiji Co., Ltd. Earlier, he worked at Meiji Dairies Corporation.

Mr. Jun Furuta has been the Chief Digital Officer, an Executive Vice President and a Director of the company since June 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was an Executive Officer and Head of Investor and Public Relations at the company. Earlier, he worked at Meiji Seika Kaisha, Ltd.

Mr. Shinji Matsuoka has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Managing Executive Officer of the company since June 2024. Previously, he served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer at the company. Prior to this, he was served as an Executive Officer at Meiji Co., Ltd. He also served as the General Manager of the CSR Promotion Department of the company. Mr. Shinji was the Head of the Confectionery Marketing Department and in charge of Budget Management in the Health and Nutrition Division at Meiji Seika Kaisha, Ltd.
