Mr. Lawrence Yau Lung Ho has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2006. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Melco International Development Limited. He founded Melco Resorts & Entertainment in 2004, where he was instrumental in launching Altira Macau and City of Dreams in Macau. He also played a key role in the launch of Studio City in 2015 and City of Dreams Manila in the same year. In 2017, he oversaw Melco's acquisition of its first casino license in Cyprus, followed by the grand opening of Morpheus in 2018.

Mr. Geoffrey Stuart Davis has been a Director of the company since 2025 and is its Chief Financial Officer since 2017. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited and as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Studio City International Holdings Limited. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Melco Resorts and Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance of Melco Resorts. Mr. Davis was a Research Analyst for Citigroup Investment Research covering the U.S. gaming industry. He held a number of positions at Hilton Hotels Corporation and Park Place Entertainment.

Mr. Evan Andrew Winkler has been the President and Managing Director of the company since 2018. He also serves as a Director of the company. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology, Media and Telecommunications M&A at UBS Investment Bank.

Mr. Clarence Chung Yuk Man has been a Director of the company since 2006. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, an Investment Banker, and a Merger and Acquisition Specialist in the financial industry. He is currently a Director of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited and Studio City International Holdings Limited, and the Chairman and President of Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corporation. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee of the Company.

Mr. Leung Hoi Wai Vincent has been the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as a Senior Counsel at Hutchison Whampoa Limited and Hutchison Port Holdings Trust. Prior to that, he practiced law at the Hong Kong office of Linklaters.
