Mr. Lawrence Yau Lung Ho has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2016. He also serves as the Director of the company since December 2004. Previously, Mr. Lawrence served as the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at the company from December 2004 to April 2016. He also served as the Managing Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Melco International.

Mr. Evan Andrew Winkler has been the President of the company since September 2019. He also serves as the Director of the company since August 2016. Previously, Mr. Winkler served as the Managing Director and the President at Melco International since August 2016 and May 2018, respectively. He also served as the Director at SCI since August 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Winkler served as the Managing Director at Moelis & Company, a global investment bank. He was also the Managing Director and Co-Head of technology, media and telecommunications M&A at UBS Investment Bank.

Ms. Akiko Takahashi has been the Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff of the company since June 2019. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (Melco). Ms. Takahashi also serves as the Director at SCI since 2018. She served as the Global Group Director of Human Resources at Shangri la Hotels and Resorts. From 1993 to 1995, Ms. Takahashi served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Services Quality at Bank of America, Hawaii.
