Mr. Eric Le Gentil has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2013 to 2019. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Generali France Assurances, and the Chief Executive Officer of Generali Assurances Vie & Iard from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Gentil held various positions at Athena Assurances and AGF Assurances from 1992 to 1999. He also worked at French Finance Ministry in various positions from 1986 to 1992.

Mr. Vincent Ravat has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also served as a Director of Operations at Hammerson France. Mr. Ravat held various position at Ludendo and Distritoys groups.

Ms. Stephanie Bensimon has been a Director of the company since 2018. She has held various leadership roles at top companies such as Ardian, Invesco Real Estate, Carval Investors, and GE Real Estate group. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director in charge of real estate activities at Ardian in Europe.

Ms. Victoire Boissier is a Director of the company. She began her career in the banking sector at Barclays before moving on to Generale de Restauration. She worked at Yum France, where she held various finance-related positions, including Financial Analyst and Chief Financial Officer. From 2009 to 2017, Ms. Boissier served as the Vice President of Finance at Louvre Hotels group. In 2017, she joined Grandir, a group specializing in early learning and education, as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
