Mr. Chen Jianguang has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director and General Manager at China Construction Second Bureau from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Jianguang was a Director at China Construction Second Bureau from 2007 until 2019.

Mr. Bai Xiaohu has been the Executive Director and Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Shanghai Baoye. He was the Deputy Chief Economist of the Operation Department, Deputy Director of the Marketing Department and Deputy Manager of the Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center Project Department at Shanghai Baoye Construction Co., Limited. Mr. Xiaohu held various roles at Shanghai Baoye Construction Co., Limited, including Manager at Shanghai Baoye’s Guangzhou branch, Manager of the Engineering Project Department at Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center, General Manager of Shanghai Baoye’s south China branch, General Manager of its Guangzhou branch, and Head of the General Contracting Department at Shanghai Baoye; Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Baoye and General Manager of the Henan branch of the company.

Mr. Dong Su has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department of Minmetals Nonferrous Metals Holding Co Ltd, General Manager of the Planning and Development Department of Minmetals Nonferrous Metals Co Ltd, and Deputy Head of the Finance Headquarters of China Minmetals Corporation Limited.

Mr. Zhu Guangxia has been the Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Assistant to the President at the company. He was the Deputy Head and Head of the First Electrical Installation Engineering Division at China MCC17 Group Co., Limited. Earlier, he was an Assistant Manager of the mechanical and electrical installation company, and Manager at Project Management Department of Jiuquan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Limited. He was the Manager of the Gansu Branch; Deputy General Manager and General Manager with the Gansu Branch of China MCC17 Group. Mr. Guangxia served as a Director and General Manager of China Second Metallurgy Group Corporation Limited. He served as the Chairman and General Manager at Second Metallurgy.

Mr. Xiao Peng has been the Vice President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Overseas Business Department, Assistant to the General Manager of CISDI Engineering Co Ltd, and the Head of the Overseas Business Department and Assistant to the General Manager of CISDI Group Co Ltd. Mr. Peng also served as Chief Engineer of CISDI Engineering Co Ltd and Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of CISDI Group Co Ltd.
