Mr. R. Glenn Hubbard has been the Chairman of MetLife since 2019. He also serves as the Dean Emeritus at the Graduate School of Business. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of President’s Council of Economic Advisers of the United States and Economic Policy Committee at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Hubbard served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tax Policy at the United States Department of the Treasury from 1991 to 1993.

Mr. Michel A. Khalaf has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of MetLife since May 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President of US Business, and Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) from July 2017 to April 2019, President of EMEA from November 2011 to June 2017, and Executive Vice President of Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) Region from November 2010 to November 2011. He serves as a Member of MetLife’s Executive Group since November 2011. Previously, he served as the Regional President of MEASA Region of Alico from 2008 to 2010 and Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer of AIGPhilamlife, Philippines from 2006 to 2008. He also served as a Regional Senior Vice President of AIG-Amplico Life, Poland from 2001 to 2006 and General Manager of Alico Egypt from 1996 to 2001. During 1994 to 1996, Mr. Khalaf worked for Alico Unionvita, Italy as the Chief Operating Officer. He also served as a Deputy General Manager of Alico Bahamas from 1992 to 1994 and Regional Investment Manager of Alico Paris from 1990 to 1992.

Mr. John D. McCallion has been the Head of MetLife Investment Management at the company since September 2023 and is its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President since 2018. He joined the company in July 2006, and served in various positions, including Chief Financial Officer for Investments, Head of Investor Relations, Chief Financial Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Executive Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to this, he served for about 10 years at PwC in insurance audit practice.

Ms. Adrienne O’Neill has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since September 2, 2025. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for Asia, Global Controller and Group Chief Accounting Officer, and Global Head of Investor Relations at Manulife Financial Corporation.

Ms. Monica M. Curtis has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. She also serves as the Head of Government Relations at the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Counsel for Litigation and Mergers and Acquisitions section of the company. She held various positions at The Hartford Financial Services Group including Global Head of Litigation, Employment and Employee Benefits Law and Senior Vice President.
