Mr. Jurgen B. Steinemann has been the Chairman of company since February 2017. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of JBS Holding GmbH. He served as the chairman of the supervisory board of the old METRO AG from February 2016. From 2015 to 2017 he was a member of the supervisory board of the old METRO AG. Mr Jurgen Steinemann was also a member of the Board of Directors of Barry Callebaut AG from 2014 to 2019. From 2009 until 2015, he was Chief Executive Officer of Barry Callebaut AG. Earlier, he was a member of the management board and COO of Nutreco from 2001 to 2009. He also held position in board of German and other international companies includingBig Dutchman AG, Bankiva B.V., Wezep, Netherlands, Barentz International B.V., Hoofddorp, Netherlands, Lonza Group AG, Basel, Switzerland.

Mr. Steffen Greubel has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2021. He also serves the Interim Director of Labor at the company. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and held other management roles at Wurth Group from 2015 to 2021. Prior to this, he served for the management consultancy McKinsey & Company. Presently, he serves statutory supervisory boards of Metro Großhandelsgesellschaft gmbH.

Mr. Rafael Gasset has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2020. Previously, he served as the Operating Partner with various country responsibilities including Russia, Romania, Moldova and Poland from 2015 to 2020. Prior to this, he was the Regional Operating Officer at METRO Cash & Carry overseeing the Eastern Europe region. Earlier, he held various positions at METRO national subsidiaries.

Mr. Christiane Giesen was appointed as the Chief People and Culture, and Labor Director of the company with effect from September 2022. Earlier, she was member of the Management Board of Aral AG from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, she held various management positions at BP Europe SE/Aral AG since 1998. Presently, she held membership in other statutory supervisory boards of German companies Including Metro Großhandelsgesellschaft mbH, METRO Logistics Germany GmbH.

Mr. Claude Sarrailh has been the Chief Customer and Merchandise Officer of the company since January 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Procurement Officer of the company from August 2021 to December 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Sarrailh served as the Chief Executive Officer at Metro China and held several other roles at the METRO national companies. Presently, he held membership in board of varied German and International companies including Metro Holding France S.A. Vitry-sur-Seine, France, Makro Cash and Carry Polska S.A, Warsaw, Poland, WM Holding (HK) Limited.
