Mr. Kari Stadigh serves as the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to that, he serves as the Director of the company from 2020 to 2021. Currently, he also serves as the Vice Chairman of Nokia Corporation; as the Chairman of Saxo Bank, AS; and as the Member of the Board at Byggmastare Anders J Ahlstrom Holding AB\.

Mr. Pekka Vauramo has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Metso Corp from 2018 to 2020; as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Finnair Corp from 2013 to 2018; and held several leading positions at Cargotec Corporation from 2007 to 2013. Mr. Vauramo also held several leading positions at Sandvik AB from 1995 to 2007; and at Tamrock Corp from 1985 to 1995.

Ms. Eeva Sipila has been the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer of Metso from 2016 to 2020; as the Chief Financial Officer of Cargotec Corp from 2008 to 2016; and as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications of Cargotec Corp from 2005 to 2008. Ms. Sipila also served as the Vice President, Investor Relations of Metso Corp from 2002 to 2005; and an Equity Analyst at Mandatum, Sampo-Leonia and Leonia Bank from 1999 to 2002.

Ms. Carita Himberg has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to that, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2019 to 2020; and as the Global Human Resources Director at Microsoft Corporation from 2014 to 2019. Ms. Himberg also served as the Global Human Resources Director at Nokia Corporation from 2008 to 2014; and as the Vice President, Human Resources Development at Outokumpu from 2007 to 2008.

Mr. Markku Terasvasara has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and President of Minerals of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President of Services and Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2020 to 2021; and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Outotec Corporation from 2016 to 2020. Mr. Terasvasara also served as the President of Atlas Copco Mining and Rock Excavation Service Division from 2014 to 2016 and President of Atlas Copco Surface Drilling Equipment Division from 2011 to 2013; as the General Manager of Atlas Copco CMT Sweden AB from 2008 to 2011; and as the Vice President of Marketing Atlas Copco, Surface Drilling Equipment (SDE) division from 2004 to 2008.
