Mr. Franz Richter is the Chairman of the Meyer Burger Technology AG.Prior to this, he has served as Vice Chairman for Meyer Burger Technology AG.He also serves as the Chief executive Officer of Suss Micro Tec SE and was the co-founder and Chief executive Officer of Thin Materials, DE-Eichenau.

Mr. Gunter Erfurt has been the Chief ExecutiveOfficer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Meyer Burger Technology Ltd. Mr. Erfurt also served as Managing Director for Solarworld Innovations GmbH, DE-Freiberg and Meyer Burger (Germany) AG, DE-Hohenstein- Ernstthal. He also served as Global Head Planning and Investment/Technology Transfers for Solarworld AG. During 2005-2006, Mr. Erfurt served as project manager planning and investment at Deutsche Solar AG and DE-Freiberg.

Mr. Markus Nikles has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Buhler Asia, since 2019 to 2022. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Bhler Germany, since 2015 to 2019. Mr. Nikles served as Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Vice President, Buhler USA, from 2005 to 2014. Prior to this, he served as Export Finance Specialist and Corporate Controller for Buhler Uzwil, since 2000 to 2004. Previously, he served for Swiss Bank at various senior managment positions.

Mr. Daniel Menzel has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this role, he held Managing Director Operations in German citizenship. He also served as Sole Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at GS Stolpen GmbH & Co. KG. Before this, he held Director of Sales and Marketing in Solar World Industries GmbH / Qatar Solar Technologies.

Ms. Katja Tavernaro has been serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company, since 2021. Prior to this, she has held various leadership positions in the company including Head of Global Human Resources; Head of Global Legal and Compliance; Managing Director of Meyer Burger (Germany) GmbH and Head of the central functions Human Resources, Legal & Compliance; and Corporate Counsel, Meyer Burger Technology AG. She has also worked for Madaus Law Firm.
