Ms. Pansy Catilina Chiu King Ho is the Chairwoman of the company since May 2023. She serves as a Chairman and Managing Director of Shun Tak Holdings Limited since 2017 and 1999, respectively; and Managing Director of MGM Grand Paradise since 2005. She is also a Director of various companies including Grand Paradise Macau Limited, Grand Paradise Grupo S.A., New Corporate Enterprises Limited, Bright Elite Holdings Limited and Grand Paradise Group (HK) Limited. Ms. Ho serves as the Chairman of Estoril-Sol SGPS SA, Vice Chairman of Phoenix Media Investment (Holdings) Limited and Macau International Airport Limted and Director of Sing Tao News Corporation Limited. She also serves as the President of China Chamber of Tourism, Vice President of the China Women’s Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and executive committee member of the World Travel & Tourism Council.

Mr. William Joseph Hornbuckle is the Co-Chairman of the company since May 2023. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of MGM Resorts International since 2020 and as Director of MGM Grand Paradise since November 16, 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer and President of MGM Resorts International. He served in various at MGM Resorts International including as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to March 2020, Chief Marketing Officer of MGM Resorts International from 2009 to 2012. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino from April 2005 to August 2009, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM Grand Las Vegas from 1998 to 2001. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Caesars Palace. Presently, he serves as Chairman of the CityCenter JV, and President of the T-Mobile Arena.
