Mr. Florent Menegaux has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He also served as an Executive Vice President for Passenger Car and Light Truck worldwide activities. Earlier, he held various leadership roles within Michelin, including Head of Africa – Middle East Zone in 2005, Head of Truck Tires for South America in 2003. He served as the Sales Director for Truck Tires Original Equipment and Replacement markets for North America in 2000. Previously, he served as the General Manager of the General Cargo Transport division for the Norbert Dentressangle Group from 1995 to 1996 and as Finance Director and later General Manager at Exel Logistics France starting in 1991. His career began at Price Waterhouse in 1986. He joined Michelin in 1997 as Commercial Director for truck tires in the UK and Ireland.

Mr. Yves Chapot has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019 and is its General Manager since 2018. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Automotive Business Lines in 2018. He also served as an Executive Vice President of Passenger Car and Light Truck Product Line in March 2017, Executive Vice President of Distribution in December 2014. Previously, he served as a Director of Michelin China from 2005 to 2012. He also served as the General Manager for Taurus in Hungary in 1997 and Chief Financial Officer for Europe in 1999.

Mr. Jean Claude Pats has been the Executive Vice President of Automotive Global Brands, Automotive Regional Brands, Automotive Original Equipment, 2 Wheels Business Lines at the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief People Officer at the company since. Previously, he served as a Director of People Development. Earlier, he managed the Passenger Car and Light Truck Replacement business in Europe from 2015 to 2017. He also served as the Vice President of Truck Tires in Europe from 2005 to 2011 and held the position of Commercial Director for Passenger Cars and Light Truck business in Europe from 2005 to 2011. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Michelin Japan from 1999 to 2005 and Vice-President for the Passenger Car Replacement market in Japan from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Pats began his career at Michelin in 1988 as a Technical Sales Engineer.

Mr. Manuel Montana has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Mining, Beyond Road and Aircraft, Regional Director for the East Asia & Australia region, Commercial Director for the Turkish truck market and Director of Turkey at the company.

Ms. Barbara Dalibard is the Chairwoman of the company. She also serves as a Director for Rexel and Dataiku. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer at SITA from 2016 to 2021. She also served as the Chief Executive Officer at SNCF Voyageurs. Earlier, she served as the Chairwoman at Alcanet International and Chief Executive Officer at Orange group. Ms. Dalibard started her career at France Telecom group.
