Mr. Robert E. Switz has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ADC Telecommunications from 2003 to 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Switz held various leadership roles at ADT. Earlier, he served as a Director of GT Advanced Technologies Inc, Cyan Inc, Gigamon, Inc, Broadcom Corporation, Leap Wireless International Inc and Pulse Electronics Corporation. He serves as a Director of FireEye Inc and Marvell Technology Group Ltd.

Mr. Sanjay Mehrotra has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SanDisk from 2011 to 2016 and Director from 2010 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Cavium Inc from 2009 to 2018 and Director of Western Digital Corp from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Mehrotra held various design engineering positions at Intel Corporation, SEEQ Technology and Integrated Device Technology Inc.

Mr. Mark Murphy has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2022. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Qorvo from 2016 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Delphi Automotive PLC. He also held various executive roles at Praxair, Inc. and MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Albany International Corp.

Mr. Michael Ray has been the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President, and Secretary of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he held several leadership roles at Western Digital, including Chief Legal Officer, Senior Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Vice President of Legal Services, and General Counsel. Previously, he served as the Corporate Counsel for Wynn’s International, Inc. Mr. Michael also served as the Director of Mercy House Transitional Living Center.

Ms. April S. Arnzen has been the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of the company from 2017 to 2020. Currently, she also serves as the President of Micron Foundation. She joined the company in 1996 and held various senior-level positions.
