Previously, Mr. William was the Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Limited, Sermsuk Pcl and S&P Syndicate Pcl. Presently, he serves as Chairman of Minor International Pcl.'s subsidiaries, and Director of Pacific Cross International Ltd.

Mr. Chaiyapat Paitoon is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Previously, he served as Director of S&P Syndicate Pcl. He also served as the Senior Vice President, and Division Head of Investor Relations; and as Division Head of Equity Investment Management at The Siam Commercial Bank Pcl. Previously, he worked as Investment Representative at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Michael Murray MacDonald is the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Group Chief Technology officer at Huawei. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Asia of Containerchain. He also worked with 3D Networks and Nortel.

Ms. Aurakanda Attavipach has been the Chief People Officer of the company since March 2022. Currently, she serves as a Director at Pandao Villa Co.,Ltd. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer at Retail of Lotus’s. Formerly, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and People Director of Asia at Thailand of Tesco Pcl. Earlier, she worked with adidas Group, Tesco Lotus, and adidas (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Ms. Chompan Kulnides has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since January 2023. She serves as a Director and Vice President Of Investment And Sustainability at Minor Holdings (Thai) Limited, and Director at Plu Luang Limited. She also serves as a Director of Minor BKH Limited and Panaram Limited.
