Mr. Martin Lee Ka Shing has been the Chairman of the company since June 2014 and its Chief Executive Officer since June 2012. He also served as Managing Director of the company from August 2006 to June 2012 and its Director from 2004 to 2014. Presently, Mr. Shing serves as the Vice Chairman of Henderson Land Development Company Limited and Vice Chairman of Henderson Development Limited, the Chairman and Managing Director of Henderson Investment Limited, and a Director of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited.

Mr. Alexander Otto Wassermann serves as the Head of Hotels and Serviced Apartments business at the company since October 2019. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager in InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong. Previously, he served in various senior management positions at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Movenpick Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Alexander has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Mr. Alan Chan Chung Yee has been the Chief Operations Officer of the company since December 2021. Previously, he served as a Member of Board of Review (Inland Revenue) of the HKSAR from 2009 to 2011. Earlier, he served as Director at three listed companies. Mr. Alan has about 32 years of management experience across several companies in various industries including real estate, tourism and transport.
