Mr. Abu Huraira Abu Yazid has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Director of United Overseas Bank (M) Bhd. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of Social Security Organisation. Previously, Mr. Abu Huraira served as a Director of Pos Malaysia Bhd, the Chief Executive Officer of National Savings Bank and General Manager of Public Bank Bhd. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Citibank Bhd and Chase Manhattan (JP Morgan Chase), and Head of the Cards Business at Maybank. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Pusat Rehab PERKESO Sdn Bhd.

Mr. Subramaniam has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this role, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at AET Pte. Ltd. He serves on the Board of several subsidiaries and joint venture companies at MISC. Mr. Subramaniam served as the Group Vice President at AET Ship management.
