Mr. Zahid Osman has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Earlier, he held various roles at the company, including the Chief Operating Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer of AET/Vice President, Petroleum & Products, Vice President of Corporate Planning, and the Vice President, LNG Business. He serves as a Director of Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad.

Mr. Afendy Mohamed Ali has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he held various roles at Petronas, including the Senior General Manager, Finance and Risk, Gas Business; Senior General Manager of EDP Finance, Upstream Business; the Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Northwest LNG; General Manager of Accounting and Financial Services, Upstream Business; and Senior Manager of Group Budget, Accounting & Tax, International at Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd; and Senior Finance Manager of Petronas Egypt.

Ms. Ruzila Idin has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Senior General Manager of Global Human Resources Business Partners in the Downstream Business at Petronas. Previously, she held various roles at Petronas, including the General Manager of HRM in the Group Digital, PD&T Division, General Manager of HRM at Petronas ICT Sdn Bhd., General Manager of HRM for LNG Assets in the Upstream Business and Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd. Ms. Idin served managerial roles in HRM and administration at PETRONAS Australia Pty Limited and as an HR Planner in both the Gas Business Unit and Finance Division.

Mr. Raja Azlan Shah Raja Azwa has been the Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance at the company. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of IJN Holdings Sdn. Bhd and D.B.E. Gurney Resources Berhad. Mr. Azwa was the Chief Executive Officer of Percon Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and Executive Director of River of Life Hospital Sdn. Bhd. Earlier, he held various roles at Sime Darby Property, including the Head of Strategy and Innovation, Chief of Staff, Head of Strategy, and the Head of Corporate Finance and Corporate Planning.

Mr. Mohammad Suhaimi Mohd Yasin has been the Chairman of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Alam Maritim Resources Berhad. Mr. Yasin also served as the Senior General Manager of Corporate Services at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, and General Manager of Commercial Division at Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd. He also served as the Deputy General Manager of Commercial at Malaysia LNG Tiga Sdn Bhd and Manager of Finance & Services at Malaysia LNG Dua Sdn Bhd. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad.
