Mr. Kanetsugu Mike has been the Chairman of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Formerly, he worked with MUFG Bank and held various roles including Managing Executive Officer, Director, Executive Officer, Deputy President, Chief Executive Officer, and President. He also worked with MUFG Union Bank, N.A, MUFG Americas Holdings, Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group, Inc, and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd.

Mr. Hironori Kamezawa has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since April 2020. He also serves as a Director at Morgan Stanley and MUFG Bank since May 2021 and April 2020, respectively. Previously, he served as Deputy President of the company from 2019 to 2020. Earlier, he worked as the Chief Operational Officer and Chief Digital Transformation Officer from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Executive Officer of BK. Previously, he served as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Americas at BK (US). Earlier, he served at various positions in the banking sector.

Mr. Hiroshi Mori has been the Chief Legal Officer and Managing Corporate Executive of the company since 2019. He also serves as a Director of the MUFG Bank. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Holdings Co., Ltd and KAGOME CO., LTD. Previously, he served as a partner at Nishimura & Asahi. He also worked with Development Bank of Japan, Inc and USEN Corporation.

Mr. Toshiki Ochi has been the Managing Corporate Executive of the company since April 2022. He serves as the company Chief Information Officer of the company. Mr. Ochi also serves as a Director and Managing Executive Officer of MUFG Bank. Previously, he worked with Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS Co., Ltd as Managing Executive Officer.

Mr. Tetsuya Yonehana has been the Senior Managing Corporate Executive of the company since April 2022.
