Previously, he served as director and president of company in 2019. He served as assistant general manager of machinery and systems in 2018. He served as Manager of Corporate Planning department in 2015. He served as General Manager of Cranes & Systems Sales Dept., Machinery & Systems in 2012. He served as General Manager of Cranes & Systems Sales Dept., Steel Structure & Logistic Systems in 2007.

Mr. Taketsune Matsumura has been the chief financial officer and chief information officer oif the company since April 2023. Currently, he serves as vice president, director and assistant to president of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief security officer of engineering business management department and human resource and general affairs department of the company in 2022. Previously, he served as general manager of corporate planning department of the company in 2019. He served as director of MODEC, Inc in 2018.

Mr. Yuichi Shiomi has been the director of the company since June 2023. Prior to this he served as corporate auditor of the company in 2020.
