Mr. Gerald G. Colella has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2014 to 2020. Previously, he served as the President of the company from 2013 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2010 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Business Officer of the company from 2005 to 2010. He joined the company in 1983. He also served as a Director of GCP Applied Technologies Inc from 2017 to 2020.

Mr. John T. C. Lee has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2018 to 2019, and the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Business Units from 2014 to 2016 and as the Senior Vice President of Controls, HPS and Pressure, Flow, Measurement and Control, or PFMC from 2012 to 2013. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Controls and PFMC from 2011 to 2012 and Group Vice President and Controls and Information Technology products from 2007 to 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Factory Technology and Projects within the Solar Business Group at Applied Materials Inc in 2007. Previously, he served as the General Manager of the Cleans Product Group and the Maydan Technology Center at Applied Materials from 2007 to 2002. Earlier, he served as the Research Director of the Silicon Fabrication Research Department at Lucent Technologies from 1997 to 2002. He also served at the Plasma Processing Research Group.

Mr. Seth H. Bagshaw has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017 and as Treasurer since 2011. Earlier, he served as the Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2010 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Corporate Controller and the Vice President of the company from 2006 to 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vette Corp from 2004 to 2006. Earlier, he served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates Inc from 1999 to 2004 and as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Palo Alto Products International Inc from 1998 to 1999. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its Asia-Pacific region of Waters Corp, and the Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He also serves as a Director of Associated Industries of Massachusetts.

Mr. James A. Schreiner has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Materials Solutions Division since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company from 2019 to 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations for the Rosemount Measurement & Analytical Group of Automation Solutions at Emerson Electric Co from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, served as the Vice President of North America at Emerson Electric Co from 2016 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Europe from 2010 to 2016 for Rosemount Measurement & Analytical Group at Emerson Electric Co. Previously, he served in various leadership roles at Plexus Corp, ILX Lightwave Corp, 3M Co, and Tetra Pak.
