Mr. Gerald G. Colella has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2014 to 2020. Previously, he served as the President of the company from 2013 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2010 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Business Officer of the company from 2005 to 2010. He joined the company in 1983. He also served as a Director of GCP Applied Technologies Inc from 2017 to 2020.

Mr. John T. C. Lee has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2020. Earlier, he served various positions of the company, including the President and Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2019, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2016 to 2018, Senior Vice President of Business Units from 2014 to 2016, and Senior Vice President of Controls, HPS, and Pressure, Flow, Measurement and Control, or PFMC from 2012 to 2013. Previously, he served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Controls and PFMC from 2011 to 2012 and Group Vice President of Controls and Information Technology products from 2007 to 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Factory Technology and Projects within the Solar Business Group at Applied Materials Inc in 2007. Previously, he served as the General Manager of the Clean Products Group and the Maydan Technology Center at Applied Materials from 2007 to 2002. Earlier, he served as the Research Director of the Silicon Fabrication Research Department at Lucent Technologies from 1997 to 2002. He also served at the Plasma Processing Research Group.

Mr. Ram Mayampurath has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since October 2024. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Rogers Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Mayampurath served in divisional financial leadership roles at Royal Philips Electronics.

Mr. James A. Schreiner has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since August 2025. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Materials Solutions Division at MKS. Prior to this, Mr. Schreiner served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for the Rosemount Measurement & Analytical Group of Automation Solutions at Emerson Electric Co. He also served as the Vice President of North America at Emerson Electric Co. Prior to this, Mr. Schreiner served as the Vice President of Europe for Rosemount Measurement & Analytical Group at Emerson Electric Co. Earlier, he served in various leadership roles at Plexus Corp, ILX Lightwave Corp, 3M Co, and Tetra Pak.

Ms. Madhuri A. Andrews has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Digital and Information Officer of Jacobs from 2018 to 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Information Officer and Digital Transformation Leader of DynCorp International from 2015 to 2018. She held various operations, business development, and technology leadership positions at organizations including Trinity Industries, STMicroelectronics, Maxim Integrated Products, Aerojet, and BAE Systems.
