Mr. Andrey Bougrov has been the Chairman and a Director of the company since June 2022. He also served as Senior Vice President of Sustainable Development and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Vice President of Interros Holding Co LLC, and a Director and Vice President of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the company from 2013 to 2020 and the Chairman of the company from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Inter RAO UES PJSC and RusHydro. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Vice President for Government and Investor Relations, Senior Vice President, and Vice President of the company. Earlier, he served as the Senior Managing Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Interros Holding Co from 2002 to 2013.

Mr. Sergey Stepanov has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and a Director of the company since 2016. He joined the board in 2013.

Mr. Vladimir Potanin has been the President and Chairman of the Management Board of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as President of Interros Holding Company in 2013. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2012 to 2015. He served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Norilsk Development Agency in 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Head of UNEXIM Bank. Earlier, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russian International Olympic University in 2009. He also served as the member of the Board of Trustees of Saint Petersburg State University, and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MGIMO Endowment Fund in 2007.

Mr. Sergey Batekhin has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as Director of Jokerit Hockey Club Oy and the Chairman of the presidium of the Night Hockey League non-profit amateur hockey foundation. He serves as the Chairman of the supervisory board of Digital Capital, the Director of trustees of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation, and the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the management board of Interros Holding Company.

Ms. Larisa Zelkova has been the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources, Social Policy and Public Relations at the company since 2013. Prior to this, she also served as the Chairwoman of the Management Board of the State Hermitage Museum Endowment Fund. Ms. Zelkova was a Director of Rosa Khutor Ski Resort Development Company from 2011 to 2020. She also serves as the Chairwoman of the management boards of the Second School Center for community initiatives in the Pechenegsky District and the Monchegorsk Development Agency.
