Mr. Andrey Bougrov has been the Chairman of the company since June 2022. He also served as Senior Vice President of Sustainable Development and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Vice President of Interros Holding Co LLC, and a Director and Vice President of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the company from 2013 to 2020 and the Chairman of the company from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Inter RAO UES PJSC and RusHydro. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Vice President for Government and Investor Relations, Senior Vice President, and Vice President of the company. Earlier, he served as the Senior Managing Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Interros Holding Co from 2002 to 2013.

Mr. Sergey Batekhin has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Interros Holding Co, Chairman of the Presidium of the Night Hockey League Amateur Hockey Foundation, and a Director of Jokerit Hockey Club Oy and Kontinental Hockey League. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales, Procurement, and Innovation at the company from 2018 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales, Commerce, and Logistics at the company from 2016 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Sales, Commerce, and Logistics at the company from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Sales, Commerce, and Logistics at the company from 2013 to 2015. Previously, he served as a Director of Norilsk Nickel (Asia) Ltd from 2013 to 2014. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of Yenisey River Shipping Co from 2013 to 2014. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Polyus Gold. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of Power Machines from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Sergey Malyshev has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2013 to 2015. He also served as the Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance at CJSC LUKOIL-Neftekhim and Chief Financial Officer of OJSC Energostroyinvest Holding.

Mr. Vladimir Potanin has been the President and Chairman of the Management Board of the company since 2015. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Head of UNEXIM Bank. He also served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Government; President at UNEXIM Bank; and the Chairman of the International Company for Finance and Investments (MFK). Currently, he serves as a Member of the Council of Trustees and the Board of the Russian Olympians Foundation.

Ms. Elena Savitskaya has been the Vice President and Chief of Staff of the company since 2015. Previously, she served in various roles at CJSC Interros Holding Co and INTERROS Holding Co LLC.
