Mr. Warren Smith serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of WillScot Mobile Mini. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Operations at WillScot.

Mr. Hezron Timothy Lopez seves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and ESG of WillScot Mobile Mini. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of WillScot. Previously, Mr. Timothy served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Herman Miller, Inc. From 2008 to 2012, he served as the Associate General Counsel and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions.

Ms. Sally J. Shanks serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of WillScot Mobile Mini. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Accounting and Treasury at Merkle Inc. Previously, Ms. Shanks served as the Director of Accounting and Reporting for Laureate Education.

Mr. Graeme Parkes serves as the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President WillScot Mobile Mini. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer at Mobile Mini. Currently, Mr. Parkes serves as Vice Chairman of the board of St Mary’s Foodbank.

Mr. Timothy D. Boswell serves as the Chief Financial Officer and President of WillScot Mobile Mini. Previously, Mr. Tim Served as the Vice President, Finance, Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and Treasurer of Williams Scotsman International. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Sterling Partners.
