Mr. Felix V. Evtushenkov has been the Chairman the company since June 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Ethics and Control Committee, and the Chairman of the Board of the Sistema Charity Fund. Previously, he worked as the Vice President at Sistema. Mr. Evtushenkov also served as the Vice President, Head of Core Assets, Head of Consumer Assets at Sistema; General Director of CJSC Sistema-Gals; and the President of OJSC Sistema-Gal.

Mr. Vyacheslav Nikolaev has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the First Vice President for Customer Experience, Marketing, and Ecosystem Development at the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President Customer Experience and Marketing from August 2019; Vice President for Marketing from July 2017. Presently, he serves multiple companies as Board of Directors. Since 2004 he has been working for the company.

Mr. Andrey M. Kamenskiy has been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2018. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Economics at Sistema in 2011. Prior to this, he held various finance positions at Trade House Perekrestok, San InBev and ING Bank (Eurasia) from 1997 to 2011.

Mr. Artem I. Zassoursky has been the Director of the company since June 2017. He is member of multiple committes of MTS Board of Directors. He serves as member of Board of varied companies.

Mr. Valentin B. Yumashev has been the Director of the company since June 2019. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board counselor at VTB Bank. He serves as a Member of the Board and Advisor of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Center Fund. He also serves as Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation on a pro bono basis. In 1996, he worked as a media relations advisor to the Russian president. He served in a series of leadership roles at Ogoniok magazine, including as General Director from 1987 to 1995.
