Mr. Hirohiko Miyata has been the Chief Executive Officer and Presidnet of the company since 2024. Previously, he aserved as the Executive Vice President and Assistant to the President of the Company from 2023 to 2024. Prior to this, he also worked as the Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Europe and President of Mitsui & Co. Europe Ltd at the company from August 2022 to April 2023. Mr. Miyata also held the position of Executive Managing Director, Head of Europe, Chief Strategy Officer for Europe, Chief Sstrategy Officer for the Middle East and Africa, President and Chief Strategy Officer of Mitsui & Co. Europe Ltd at the company from April 2022 to August 2022. Earlier, he also worked as the Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Europe and President of Mitsui & Co. Europe Ltd at the company from April 2021 to April 2022. Preceeding this, he served as the Managing Executive Officer, Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Division at the company from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Miyata also wokred as the Executive Officer and General Manager of Business Management Division, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. from 2017 to 2020. He served as the Senior Vice Presudent and Chief Accounting Officer of Mitsui & Co USA Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of Infrastructure Business Development Department, Project Division at the company from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Miyata also held the position of General Manager of the Power Business Development Department, Project Headquarters of the company from 2012 to 2015.

Mr. Ryo Suzuki has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2024 to 2025. He was also the Executive Officer and Head of Finance Department of the Company from 2020 to 2024. Mr. Suzuki also worked as the Executive Office, Deputy Head of Wholesale Division and Deputy Head of International Division at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from 2019 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer, Deputy Head of Americas Headquartersand President of SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Suzuki held the position of Executive Officer and Deputy General Manager of Americas at the company from 2015 to 2017. He was also the Director of the Americas Examination Department at the company from 2013 to 2015. Before this, Mr. Suzuki was the General Manager of Americas Sales Department at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. He was the President of SMBC Securities from 2009 to 2012.
