Mr. Stephane Bancel has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the French diagnostics company bioMerieux SA. Before that, he served in various roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including as Managing Director, Belgium, and as Executive Director, Global Manufacturing Strategy and Supply Chain since 2000 to 2006. Prior to Eli Lilly, Mr. Bancel served as Asia-Pacific Sales and Marketing Director at bioMerieux.

Mr. James Mock has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at PerkinElmer.

Mr. Brad Miller has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Capital One. Previously he served various leadership positions at Mastercard and Citibank, Amazon and Microsoft.

Ms. Shannon Thyme Klinger has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Ethics, Risk and Compliance Officer and in other senior leadership roles, including as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Global Head of Litigation, and Global Head of Legal at Sandoz, a Novartis division at Novartis since 2008. Before that, she was a partner with Alston & Bird. Ms. Klinger also serves as the board member for the Association of Corporate Counsel, Director for Raffael Holdings, Inc and a former director of the SIX Group.

Ms. Kate Cronin has been the Chief Brand Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Global Chief Executive Officer at Ogilvy Health since 2004. Before that, she served in several roles including Global Managing Director, Managing Director of Ogilvy Public Relations’ New York office, and Co-President of Ogilvy Health. Ms. Cronin also served as the partner at Porter Novelli.
