Mr. Zoltan Aldott has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he was the Acting President of INA Management Board from 2010 to 2018. He was also the member of MOL EB. Mr. Aldott also served as the Executive Vice President of MOL Exploration & Production Division at the company from 2004 to 2011. Before this, he was also the Chief Strategy Officer from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Aldott was the Director of Strategy & Business Development at the company from 1999 to 2000. Preceeding this, he was also the Manager of MOL’s Privatisation Department and from 1997 until 1999.

Mr. Zsolt Hernadi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2001. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Central Bank of Hungarian Savings Cooperatives from 1994 to 2001 and its Director between 1994 and 2002. Mr. Hernadi also served as a Director of the Hungarian Banking Association from 1995 to 2001. He held various posts at the Kereskedelmi es Hitelbank Plc from 1989 and 1994 and has been a member of the European Round Table of Industrialists since 2001 and a member of National Competitiveness Council since 2017.

Mr. Jozsef Simola has been the Chief Financial Officer since May 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Center Executive Vice President of the company from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Simola joined MOL in 2003 and has been a member of the executive board since April 2006. Prior to joining the company, he worked at Boston Consulting Group, Arthur Andersen and as an SAP expert at General Electric – Tungsram. Currently, Mr. Simola serves as the Member of the Management Board of INA d.d.

Mr. Gyorgy Bacsa is the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations and Corporate Development and Head of Management Committee since 2022. Prior to this, he was the head fo major M&A projects. He has also been the Director of the Budapest Stock Exchange since 2013. Mr. Bacsa also serves as the Director of Alteo Plc since 2023.

Mr. Jozsef Molnar has been the Group Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer of MOL from 2004 to 2011; as a Group Planning & Controlling Director from 2003 to 2004; and Chief Executive Officer of TVK from 2001 and 2003; and as its Director from 2001 and 2011. Mr. Molnar also served as a Director of Slovnaft a.s. from 2004 to 2008 and held various management positions at BorsodChem Plc from 1978 to 2001. Currently, Mr. Molnar serves as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of INA d.d. since 2010 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of FGSZ Zrt. since 2011.
