Previously, he served as the President at Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. between June 2016 and October 2019. Formerly, he worked with Citigroup.

Ms. Noemie Heuland has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since April 1, 2024. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dayforce from 2020 to 2024. Prior to Dayforce, Ms. Noemie Heuland served for 12 years at SAP.

Ms. Caroline Sullivan has been the Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller of the company since December 2018. Previously, she served as Managing Director and Global Banking Controller at Bank of America from 2011 to 2018.

Mr. David B. Platt is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Development. Mr. Platt served as the Managing Director in the M&A Group at Deutsche Bank, Managing Director in the M&A Group at Bank of America and held similar roles in the M&A Groups at Citigroup and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He also served as the Senior Investment Analyst in the Money Market Fixed Income Division at Fidelity Investments.
