Mr. Andrew M. Saperstein is Managing Director, Head of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and member of Operating Committee. Previously he served as served Co-Head of Wealth Management, Co-COO of the Institutional Securities Group. He became Head of U.S. Wealth Management in 2009.Previously. Prior to this, he held various positions at Merrill Lynch including COO of the Direct Division.

Ms. Sharon Yeshaya has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as a Head of Investor Relations of the company between June 2016 and May 2021. Previously, she held various positions in the company including Chief of Staff and Co-Head of New Product Origination.

Mr. James P. Gorman is a Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Morgan Stanley since 2010 and 2012 respectively. Previously, he has served in various executive positions at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Gorman was a senior partner of McKinsey & Co. Prior to this, he worked as Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Chairman of the Board of the Securities Industry, Co-Chairman of the Partnership for New York City President of the Federal Advisory Council to the U.S. Federal Reserve Board, and Financial Markets Association and Co-Chairman of the Business Committee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Mr. Keishi Hotsuki has been the Chief Risk Officer of the parent company since 2011 and an Executive Vice President since 2014. He also serves as a Director of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Market Risk Department from 2008 to 2014. Previously, Mr. Hotsuki was the Global Head of Market Risk Management at Merrill Lynch from 2005 to 2007.
