Mr. Robert L. Wood has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Previously, he served as the Director since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crompton Corporation from 2004 to 2008. Earlier, he served in various roles in sales, marketing and management departments at Dow Chemical Organization and finally became the Business Group President of Thermosets and Dow Automotive Group. Prior to this, he served as Global Vice President of Polyurethanes and Global Vice President of Engineered Plastics. He is also a Director of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee.

Mr. Robert J. Saltiel has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Key Energy Services Inc from 2018 to 2019. Mr Saltiel also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atwood Oceanics from 2009 to 2011. Preceding this, he served held various ro in Industrial and Energy companies.

Mr. Kelly Youngblood has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he has an experience of 30 years in Energy and Finance Divisions. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at BJ Services and Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Diamond Offshore Drilling. Mr. Youngblood served in the roles of increasing responsibility at Halliburton.

Ms. Gillian Anderson has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, she held various positions including Auditing Senior Manager at Ernst & Young . LLP
