Mr. Rene F. Jones has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2005 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Jones served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 2014 to 2017. Earlier, he served in various positions at The Group Inc. Mr. Jones also served at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Daryl Bible has been a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. He is also a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust, N.A. and Senior Executive Vice President of Wilmington Trust Company. Prior to this, Mr. Bible served as the Chief Financial Officer of Truist Financial Corporation.

Mr. Michael A. Wisler is the Chief Information Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Europe and Chief Technology Officer of North American Credit Cards at Capital One. He has about 20 years of experience in the financial and technology industries.

Ms. Laura P. O’Hara has been a Senior Executive Vice President of the company since 2020 and is its Chief Legal Officer since 2017. She is also a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust, N.A. and Senior Executive Vice President of Wilmington Trust Company. She has about 40 years of experience in litigation, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Tracy S. Woodrow has been the Regional President for Western New York of the company since July 2025. She also serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since June 2023. Previously, she served as the Senior Executive Vice President since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company and M&T Bank from 2020 to 2023. Before that, she served as Bank Secrecy Act Officer in the company.
