Mr. Jacob Kam Chak-Pui has been the Chairman of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Ms. Jeny Yeung Mei-chun has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, she was the Managing Director of Hong Kong Transport Services at the company. Prior to this, she served as the Commercial Director and the Hong Kong Transport Services Director at the company. Ms. Mei-chun serves as the Chairman of Ngong Ping 360 Limited, and Octopus Holdings Limited. She joined the company in 1999. Earlier, she held various marketing and business development positions in Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and Citibank in Hong Kong.

Ms. Margaret Cheng Wai-ching has been the Director of Human Resources at the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Human Resources at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Earlier, Ms. Cheng held various human resources roles in The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited from 2001 to 2013, JP Morgan from 1997 to 2001, and Citibank NA from 1993 to 1997.

Mr. Carl Michael Devlin has been the Capital Works Director at the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager, Rail & Mass Transit of Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency. He was the Executive Director of Construction for Horizon Nuclear Power in the UK from 2015 to 2018 and Programme Director for Transport for London, the Uk, from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Devlin held senior leadership roles with Laing O’Rourke, BAA plc and Bechtel Infrastructure. He joined the company in 2021.

Mr. Michael George Fitzgerald has been the Finance Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Orient Overseas (International) Limited (OOIL). He also served as the Group Finance Director of OOIL. Mr. George was a Director and a member of the Executive Committee of Orient Overseas Container Line Limited. Earlier, he worked with Societe Generale and KPMG.
