Mr. Gordon Riske has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Currently, he also serves as independent management consultant at Wiesbaden (Germany). Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of KION GROUP AG, Frankfurt am Main from 2007 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Deutz AG, Cologne from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Riske also served as the Managing Director of KUKA Roboter GmbH, Augsburg from 1982 to 2000. He worked as the Electrical Engineer of DeVlieg Machine Company, Royal Oak/Michigan from 1977 to 1982.

Ms. Katja Garcia Vila has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of the company since July 2025. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer, Controlling, and IT at Continental AG.

Mr. Joseph Mailer is the Deputy Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Works Council at MTU Aero Engines AG, Munich. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Group Works Council at MTU Aero Engines AG, Munich.

Mr. Johannes Bussmann has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since September 2025. Prior to that, he served various management positions at Lufthansa Technik AG, including as Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Silke Maurer has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Webasto and BSH Appliances. Ms. Silke held various management positions at BMW in Germany and abroad.
