Mr. Samraat S. Raha has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company; Senior Vice President and President of Diagnostics and Genomics Group for Agilent Technologies Inc; and as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Agilent Technologies Inc. Mr. Raha has also served as Vice President of Global Marketing for Illumina Inc and as Vice President and General Manager of Genomics Assays or NextGen qPCR for Life Technologies Inc.

Mr. Benjamin R. Wheeler has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Operations from June 2022 to August 2025; Senior Vice President of Finance & Treasury from July 2020 to June 2022; and Senior Vice President, Accounting from June 2018 to July 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller from December 2014 to June 2018, and as Division Controller from December 2011 to December 2014.

Mr. Mark S. Verratti has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer; President of Mental Health; President of Myriad Neuroscience; and President of Myriad Autoimmune for the company. Previously, has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Sales and Business Development officer at Assurex; and in various senior leadership positions worldwide with Cyberonics and Forest Pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Jennifer Fox has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President, External Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Emergent BioSolutions Inc; Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel of Emergent BioSolutions Inc; and as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Emergent BioSolutions Inc. Ms. Fox has also served as an Attorney Brinks, Gilson & Lione, as In-House Attorney for Novozymes and GSK, and as Research Scientist at the National Institutes of Health and GSK.

Ms. Shereen Solaiman has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer; Vice President of HR Strategy and Business Enablement for OhioHealth; Vice President of Total Rewards for OhioHealth; and as Vice President of Human Resources Central Ohio and Corporate for OhioHealth. Ms. Solaiman has also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Borders Group Inc.
