Mr. Anthony G. Petrello has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and the Chairman of Nabors since March 2012. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer and President since 2011. Previously, he was the Deputy Chairman of Nabors from 2003 to 2011. He was employed with the law firm Baker & McKenzie, as the Managing Partner of its New York office from 1986 to 1991. He works as a Director of Stewart & Stevenson LLC and Hilcorp Energy Company. Mr. Petrello is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Texas Children's Hospital.

Mr. William Restrepo has been the Chief Financial Officer of Nabors since 2014. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Drilling from 2011 to 2014. Restrepo also previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Seitel Inc from 2005 to 2009 and at Smith International until its acquisition by Schlumberger. Prior to that, Restrepo spent over 20 years with Schlumberger in various senior financial and operational positions, including operational responsibility for all product lines in Continental Europe and the Arabian Gulf markets, as well as senior financial executive roles in Corporate Treasury and worldwide controller positions with international postings in Europe, South America and Asia.

Ms. Jade Strong is the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the company. She joined the company in September 2018. She owned a consulting practice that specialized in the implementation of transformative business processes to enhance performance improvement, leadership development and training. Ms. Strong also served as Vice President of Operations for Intertek.

Mr. Michael Csizmadia has been the General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and General Counsel for the Oilfield Services & Equipment Segment at Baker Hughes Company. Mr. Csizmadia also held various legal leadership and supply chain roles at Technip USA, Inc. and BP America Production Company.
